Adam Coleman Director
The founder member of Interventions, Adam's experience has ranged from working with Venture Capital based projects in start up phase to facilitating merger and change initiatives in established companies.
Adam has assisted clients in developing and implementing best in class performance management and selection systems and has coached & facilitated companies through difficult change programmes.
Prior to setting up Interventions Adam held various Senior Human Resource Management positions to include Head of Human Resources for O2 UK's Sales & Marketing Divisions and Human Resources Manager at O2 Ireland/Digifone from it's inception in 1995. Adam started his career in Technical Executive Search and Recruitment. Adam is a Chartered Member of the Institute of Personnel Development (MCIPD)and holds a BA from University College Dublin
Jennifer Dempsey Director
Jennifer's expertise lies in providing Human Resources & consultancy services to HR departments and Senior Managers.
Jennifer has worked in developing performance management systems, assisted companies with developing diversity and equality programmes and compensation & reward strategies.
Prior to working with Interventions Jennifer held a number of positions, HR Consultant for the Department of Foreign Affairs, HR Consultant for Deecal International and HR Manager For CSK Software. Other companies worked for include Symantec Corporation Ltd and Digital Communications Associates.
Jennifer is a Chartered Member of the Institute of Personnel Development (MCIPD), holds a Masters in Business Studies from the Smurfit School of Business and a Bachelor of Social Science Degree from University College Dublin.
Philip Kelly Operations Manager
Phillip joined HR Interventions to Project Manage the Managed Services Division and to effectively systemise the Key Account Management of Interventions client base
Prior to working with Interventions Philip managed an order management section with Veritas Software in Shannon, Team Leader with RCI within the UK Sales Market and Customer Relations Team Leader in O2 Ireland/Digifone. Philip is accredited in the use and administration of psychometric assessments and behavioural interviewing
Mark McMahon HR Consultant
Marks experience has ranged from working in Senior HR Management positions to providing specialist Executive Search services to multinational client companies. Prior to working with Interventions Mark held a number of positions, HR Manager with Dunnes Stores, Executive Search with John Harty & Associates, Training & Development Office for Brown Thomas Ltd.
Mark is a Chartered Member of the CIPD, holds a Masters in Human Resource Management from the University of Limerick, a BA in Economics from UCC and a Diploma in Personnel Management from the University of Limerick
Crystel Robbins Project Manager
Crystel project manages Interventions web based system www.execpass.com as well as supporting and administering our Managed Services, Psychometric Profiling and Client Services. Crystel previously worked with ICTS and in retail management. Crystel holds a Psychology & Sociology Degree at the University of Limerick and is acredited in the use and administration of psychometric assesments and behavioural interviewing.
